Shipping policy
We offer free shipping over $45.
Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.
Most orders are fulfilled within 1-2 business days (M-F), excluding holidays, after purchase and shipped according to the shipping selected on the original order. Shipping times will vary based on the shipping location. Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or US Virgin Islands may require extra postage.
In Stock items are available for immediate shipping. All items ordered will arrive in one package - we are not able to partially ship orders. A physical location is required when using UPS, we will not be able to ship to a PO Box.
International Shipping
We currently do not ship internationally outside of the United States.
Insurance
The following shipping services have liability coverage:
- Priority Mail (up to 100 USD)
- Priority Mail Express (up to 100 USD)
- UPS (Up to 100 USD)
We require extra insurance on orders over $100 and that cost will be included in shipping.
Lost Package
We will do everything we possibly can to assist you if your package gets lost in transit. We require a signature upon delivery of packages over $100.00, and once a package has been signed for, we are no longer responsible for it.
